Here is a bit about me…
I am a qualified physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s and Pelvic health. Many years ago when I was still studying undergrad I was introduced to the field of Women’s Health by prominent male Gynae in Joburg.
He told me what a great need there was for women to see a physio for particular issues that require unique and gentle skills. That always stuck with me and once I had graduated I made my way into the field of Women’s Health. I have completed post-graduate courses and exams in order to be able to assess and treat many of the problems that we as women uniquely face, I also completed my foundation acupuncture training in the UK to add another unique tool to my skills set.
One of the biggest challenges we face as women are the lack of knowledge and control we are meant to have when it comes to our bodies and health. I love educating women through my practice, this website and social media and its is true blessing to watch how someone’s life can be changed just by them being more empowered and connected to themselves.

With my deep passion for women’s health, I started advanced postgraduate training straight after graduating. With over a decade of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless women navigate everything from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to pelvic dysfunction and beyond. My goal is to empower women with the knowledge and tools needed to feel their best.
My professional experience is also a personal journey. After becoming a mom, I experienced firsthand the challenges and triumphs of pregnancy and the postpartum recovery journey. Being an amateur long-distance runner I have navigated some of the very challenges I help my clients overcome, to rebuild my strength and fitness from the ground up. I understand the unique physical and emotional demands of trying to feel like “you” again.
I look forward to walking this path with you, helping you find confidence and strength in your body.
